Apex was formed in 2021, combining over 40 years of property, operational, commercial, and marketing expertise from the parking sector. The founding partners identified the need for a boutique operator who could provide our clients car parks with the strategic focus required to breathe life back into them following COVID-19 lockdowns, increased home working and suppressed shopping patterns.
